I went to get a tire changed this past weekend and had pre-paid for my tire. When I got there the gentleman helping us checked the rest of the tires and noticed my driver side tire was not safe to drive on. I am a broke college student who lost my mom a year ago and going through financial difficulties. The gentleman was able to work with me on the price of my second tire and I am now set! I just want to truly thank the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness and communication. Will be returning!

Yes I had a great experience, with you guys Victor was one of the main ones that helped us out the most when are backs where against the wall. He’s a great individual, I appreciate him so much we would probably be somewhere stranded with out him.i wish him nothing but the best. And thank you discount tire as well u guys have an amazing crew.

My main disappointment comes from the poor communication. I called ahead to check wait times as I had a meeting to attend later in the day. The employee confirmed they could get me out by a certain time so to come before. I offered to come later & they assured me to come in the morning. I arrived at the agreed time. Checked in at the front & confirmed again with an employee on the estimated time the car would be complete. An hour passed the time I was supposed to be out, my car had still not been touched. I understand businesses get busy. My issue is that I was told to still come in & no communication on my car being delayed until I went up to the front. Even if they had told me once I checked in, that it would be later, I would have understood & come back another time. Now I have a $500 bill with no new tires & late to a meeting that could have been avoided. I hope next time the business does not over promise what they can’t do. Again, I would have come in at a later time if it was too much of a time crunch for them.

Wait can be long so make sure you either get there early or book an appointment ahead of time! Dallas roads and drivers are hectic so it makes sense as to why this location is always busy. This is as expected though, and I have always been met with great customer service and shop recommendations (yet are never pushed for a sale as they genuinely want what’s best for you). Got all tires replaced here and recently found out that tire rotations/rebalancing is free because of that. Thank you to all of the staff for all that y’all do!!

This is the second time that I had to come back within the span of 24 hours after initial visit. Yesterday I came by because my tire was flat after airing it twice. They sent me home saying that there was no issue detected with the tire. I left and went home because of course, you trust the professionals right!? not even an hour later I came out to this. I had to put just enough air in it to make it up there this morning which was such a huge inconvenience having spent almost an hour there the day prior to be told there was no issue. It is disappointing because the employees are nice, but it seems like I was rushed out because it was after 5P.
